All Pro completed the concrete work for The Vida at Morgan Hill, a luxury apartment development consisting of 389 Class A units situated on a 19.5-acre parcel in Morgan Hill, CA. The project includes a combination of three-story walk-up flats and multi-story residential buildings, along with a clubhouse and amenity building, detached private garages, trash enclosures, and associated site improvements. Our concrete work supported all structural and site elements essential to the successful development of the property.

In addition, the project encompasses the construction of Sutter Greenway Road and the adjacent Central Park, key infrastructure components contributing to the continued growth and development of the surrounding area.
